Halmilton De Holanda and Edmar Castaneda are an unusual musical duo. The first is a Brazilian-born multi-instrumentalist and mandolin virtuoso, who has played on no less than 25 albums including movie scores and orchestral recordings.

The latter is a harp player from Columbia, who currently resides in the United States and has been an active member of the jazz community there. Notwithstanding, even more unique is there attempt to mix bossa nova, flamenco and jazz.

Their technical ability, creativity and impressive improvisational techniques has endeared them to casual listeners and music purists a like. They have played in both South America and Europe and their latest performance in Frankfurt Germany on Tuesday was well received.
